You content repository provides a simple workflow for your translators. We use a set of different tags to inform translators which documents need to be translated. 

The master language that was defined at the creation of your repository is used as the base for all other translations.

To Translate

Once an document is created in the master language, it appears on the other language with the tag "To Translate.

This clearly indicates to your translator which documents need to be translated.

If you create a new document within a release, the translations for the other languages will appear in the same release with the "To Translate" tag.
